Terms of Service

1. About MindBattle

MindBattle ("we", "us", "our") is an educational quiz application operated by Cognira LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. The app allows users to participate in knowledge-based quiz battles, earn XP for gameplay progression, and earn Cash Coins through third-party offerwall offers, redeemable via Payoneer or USDT.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use MindBattle.
• You must provide accurate registration information including a valid email address.
• You must not have been previously banned or removed from MindBattle.
• You must not use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to misrepresent your location.
• You must complete KYC (identity verification) before any cash withdrawal.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. MindBattle is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account. Notify us immediately at support@mind-battle.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Two-Currency System

MindBattle operates two distinct in-app currencies that never convert into each other:

5. Rewarded Advertisements

MindBattle displays rewarded video advertisements. Watching a rewarded ad may grant:

• An additional battle entry beyond your free daily battles
• In-game lifelines (50/50, Skip, +Time) restored for the current battle
• A second chance to enter matchmaking after a completed battle

These rewards have no cash value. Ad watching is always optional and opt-in.

6. Offerwall & Cash Coins

Cash Coins are earned exclusively through third-party offerwall offers. Offer availability, value, and eligibility are determined by the offerwall network, not MindBattle. We are not responsible for offer availability, crediting delays, or disqualification by the network.

6.1 Fixed Exchange Ratio

The published ratio is 1,000 Cash Coins = $1.00 USD. This ratio is fixed and disclosed in-app and in these Terms. MindBattle reserves the right to update this ratio with 30 days' notice to existing users.

7. Withdrawal & Payouts

7.1 Eligibility Requirements

All of the following must be satisfied before a withdrawal request is accepted:

• Email address verified
• KYC identity verification approved by MindBattle
• Minimum lifetime XP earned through gameplay (higher threshold applies to accounts with prior risk or chargeback history)
• Minimum number of battles played and battles won
• Account age requirement met
• No active penalty flags on the account
• Minimum withdrawal balance of $50.00

Full, current eligibility requirements are displayed in the Wallet section of the app.

7.2 Withdrawal Limits & Methods

• Minimum per request: $50.00
• No maximum withdrawal limit
• Payout methods: Payoneer or USDT (TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20 networks)
• Processing time: 3–10 business days after approval
• Approved withdrawals are subject to a hold period before payout for fraud review

For USDT withdrawals, you are solely responsible for providing the correct wallet address and selecting the correct network. Funds sent to an incorrect address or network cannot be recovered.

7.3 KYC

Before any payout is processed, you must provide valid government-issued identity documentation through the in-app verification process. MindBattle manually reviews KYC submissions. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to decline KYC approval at our sole discretion.

7.4 Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, duties, or levies on amounts received from MindBattle in your jurisdiction. MindBattle does not withhold taxes on behalf of users.

8. Referral Programme

Each registered user receives a unique referral code. Referring friends who meet our verification criteria earns you Cash Coins per verified referral. Referral rewards are subject to verification requirements and payout thresholds, which are displayed in the Profile section of the app. Fraudulent referrals (self-referral, fake accounts) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

9. Battle Rules & Fair Play

• Each battle consists of multiple questions with a per-question timer
• Scoring: correct answers earn XP, wrong answers deduct XP, net XP per battle is never negative
• Daily XP earning is capped. Lifetime XP never resets.
• Backgrounding the app during a battle auto-advances the current question as incorrect
• Each user receives free battles per day. Additional battles require watching a rewarded ad.
• Before each battle, players select a question category

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Use of bots, scripts, emulators, or automated tools
• Creating multiple accounts (one account per person)
• Exploiting bugs or glitches in the points or reward system
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the app
• Submitting false KYC documentation
• Intentionally backgrounding the app to exploit timer mechanics
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Using VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your geographic location
• Any activity intended to defraud MindBattle or its partners

Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all XP and Cash Coins, and permanent ban.

11. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time via Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing support@mind-battle.com. A 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion. See our Account Deletion Policy for full details.

12. Intellectual Property

All content within MindBattle — including question content, UI design, branding, and logos — is the property of Cognira LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any MindBattle content without express written permission.

13. Disclaimers

MindBattle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or specific earnings from offerwall participation. Earnings are not guaranteed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindBattle's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Cash Coins credited to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim, converted at the published ratio.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination due to a Terms violation, your XP and Cash Coin balance is forfeited.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
