Account Deletion Policy

Your right to delete. You can request deletion of your MindBattle account at any time. This page explains exactly what gets deleted, what is retained for legal compliance, and how to make a deletion request.

How to Request Account Deletion

In-App (Recommended)

Open MindBattle → Profile → Account Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts.

Via Email

Send an email to support@mind-battle.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your username. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Immediate Deactivation

Your account is deactivated immediately. You will be logged out and your profile will not appear on leaderboards.

30-Day Grace Period

You have 30 days to cancel the deletion by contacting support@mind-battle.com. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Permanent Deletion

After the grace period, all personal data listed below is permanently deleted from our systems.

Important Notes

Any pending withdrawal request must be resolved before deletion is finalised
Cash Coin balances are forfeited and cannot be paid out after deletion is initiated
If your account was deleted due to a Terms violation or fraud, reinstatement is not possible
