4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Advertising

MindBattle uses Google AdMob to serve rewarded video advertisements. AdMob operates through a network of third-party advertising partners and authorised buyers who may collect and process your Advertising ID, device information, and other technical data to serve and measure ads on our behalf.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, MindBattle displays a consent message before requesting personalised ads, in line with GDPR requirements. This message lets you consent to, decline, or manage your choices for each data-use purpose. Declining consent does not limit your ability to use MindBattle — you will be shown non-personalised ads instead.

You can opt out of personalised advertising generally at any time via your device's ad settings. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4.2 Offerwall

When you engage with offerwall offers, you interact with a third-party offerwall network and their offer providers. MindBattle shares your user ID and offer completion status with the offerwall network to credit your earnings. We do not share your name, email, or KYC documents with offerwall providers.

4.3 Cloud Services

We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure (including Google Firebase) to store and process your data securely. Data is stored on servers with appropriate security standards.

4.4 Payment Processors (Payoneer & USDT)

When you request a withdrawal, we share the information required to process your payout with the relevant payment provider. For Payoneer withdrawals, we share your Payoneer email and withdrawal amount with Payoneer (see Payoneer's Privacy Policy). For USDT withdrawals, your payout is sent to the crypto wallet address you provide on the blockchain network you select; blockchain transactions are public and irreversible by nature.

5. Data Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text
Access controls ensure users can only read and write their own data
Sensitive account fields are protected server-side and cannot be modified directly by users
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections
KYC documents are reviewed securely and not shared with unauthorised parties

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware.

7. Children's Privacy

MindBattle is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us at support@mind-battle.com.

8. Your Rights

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion — request deletion of your account and personal data (see Account Deletion Policy)
Objection — object to processing of your data for direct marketing
Portability — request your data in a portable format

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may withdraw or update your advertising consent at any time via the consent message shown in the app.

9. International Data Transfers

MindBattle is operated from the United States, and your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using MindBattle, you consent to such transfers, which are protected by industry-standard security measures.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
